This is a great place to get started or to refresh your skills in trail riding and mountain biking.  The class is geared for all levels. Learn pre-ride bike safety and maintenance, riding position and balance, shifting, braking, lines, cornering, descending, climbing, obstacles/log hopping; all packed into a fun-filled 3 hour course. This is an easy trail. Hamby Park adjoins a neighborhood forest reserve and the groomed trails provide both easy riding and some technical trail off shutes that will provide a challenge for even the seasoned trail biker.

This is a great day ride for your family or friends too and Hamby Park is a cute picnic area. For those who haven't been on a ride for years, this is a great entry level class to shake the rust off. Helmets are mandatory and please have your bike in good working order. Youth must be accompanied by an adult. ~ Dr. Bud Harris
